Study to gain a better understanding of consumer perceptions of price across different modes of leisure travel.

Qualitative research identified key drivers of choice and understanding of trade-off between price, service and convenience.

Agency selection and briefing, and managing all group fieldwork to include panel recruitment, discussion notes, groups and reporting.

CRM Upgrade

A successful specialist travel operator looking to move their CRM to the next level.
They knew what best practice looked like, but needed help getting there.
Legacy systems and data held in silos meant cumbersome processes of merge/de-dupe, limiting capability for marcomms and insight/reporting.
Working with the General Manager, we identified current pain points and ways to achieve a single customer view solution; this was followed by research to identify potential partners with relevant expertise and platform technology; and finally by the management of a partner selection process.
With this successfully concluded, on-boarding and data integrations are now under way ahead of the 2022/2023 season.
